Dunkin Donuts has a polished and professional image. But what if Billy Bob has a donut that’s superior in EVERY SINGLE WAY to the donuts at Dunkin Donuts – fresh, soft, light yet filling – but Billy Bob has an image problem?
That was the moment when he made up his mind. He decided then that he was going to dedicate Theatrical Harmony Media to image:

This would include branding, design, marketing, public relations, advertising, and more.
